IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise considered for return or exchange must be returned to the store of purchase in its original condition. Milli Ltd. will not accept the return or exchange of merchandise that has been altered, worn, or damaged. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the return or exchange of jewellery, swimwear, hosiery or undergarments under any circumstances.
Return of regular-priced merchandise or services for store credit is accepted when accompanied by the original receipt within 10 days of the purchase date, subject to the above conditions. Store credit may be applied to new purchases of regular priced merchandise only.
Merchandise or services sold at a reduced price are final sale. No return or exchange permitted.
Merchandise or services Sold as gifts are returnable for store credit within 10 days of the purchase date and may be applied to regular priced merchandise only.
Finance charges for past due or revolving accounts will be 18% per year or .04932% per day.

We do not price match or offer additional discounts on any items found at a lower retail price at other retail or online stores.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
